These manuals are a collection of my knowledge since I was certified in 2009. I was given very basic training like so many of the certification courses do. I would say 90% of the knowledge I have now I struggled to figure out on my own through trial and error. These manuals are here to help you with your skill so you don't have to struggle to work it out on your own like I did. My experience will help your understanding of different techniques & processes much faster as they are explained in detail.
I originally created these manuals for my students as my up-skilling courses are intensive. This way my students can take all the knowledge back home and read through it again and again and again.
These manuals were created as support for my classes.... in reality they turned out as an amazing nail bible that can benefit so many more people than my students.
Being a nail tech is always about learning new things. New products are always coming out on the market, new ways to apply products, new designs, new nail art, etc. Learning as a nail technician never stops! Learning new skills is important to offer clients the best. If you offer them best service, they will keep coming back.
However, you have to have solid basics to keep your clients in. I know it is difficult when you are starting out, nails are not lasting, breaking, lifting.... That is why you have to perfect doing nails first. Yes, you can do only plain nails for start ! You don't need crazy nail art to bring clients in. Long lasting, well structured nails will guarantee your clients coming back in. In so many cases when my client comes for her infills, she would say ,,oh I just got compliment yesterday about my nails,, just before infills. This could be 3/4/5 weeks from her last appointment. The fact is, other people complimenting structure of the nail, as nails grow out, they are well balanced, not flat or bumpy. That is what other people see.
With my manuals you can build up perfect basic knowledge. Yes, these are basic. My level of basic is way higher then others. These manuals offer basic knowledge, but beyond basic level they offer everything you need to perfect your skills!
