I get it...

Why would you buy another manual when you already have one from your basic training?

The answer is simple.

Basic training is designed to help you pass your course. It isn't designed to answer every question you'll have once you start working on real clients.

That's where these manuals come in.

They go far beyond the basics, covering the details, explanations and real-life situations that many training courses simply don't have time to teach.

These manuals allow me to share everything I teach during my 1-2-1 training sessions - and even more. Not everyone has the time, budget or opportunity to travel for in-person training, so I've created a way for you to learn at your own pace, revisit topics whenever you need to, and build your confidence from the comfort of your own home.

Whether you've just qualified and want the strongest possible start, or you've been doing nails for years but feel like you've hit a plateau, these manuals are designed to help you understand the why, not just the how.

Because confidence doesn't come from memorising steps.

It comes from understanding what you're doing and why you're doing it.

Why I Created These Manuals

These manuals are the result of everything I've learned since qualifying as a nail technician in 2009.

Like many newly qualified nail techs, I quickly realised that basic training only scratched the surface. I left with a certificate, but I also left with countless unanswered questions.

Why does one client lift while another doesn't?
Why does one product work perfectly on some nails but fail on others?
Why do two nail techs use the same products yet achieve completely different results?

Those answers didn't come from my first training course.

They came from years of education, working on thousands of clients, competing, making mistakes, solving problems and constantly refining my techniques and understanding.

I created these manuals so you don't have to spend years piecing everything together on your own.

Originally, they were written exclusively for my students. My upskilling courses are intensive, and I wanted every student to leave with a resource they could revisit whenever they needed a reminder or a deeper explanation.

Over time, those course notes evolved into something much bigger.

They became a complete learning library that now helps nail technicians all over the world—not just the students sitting in my classroom.

Learning Never Stops

The nail industry never stands still.

New products are launched every year. Techniques evolve. Old advice is replaced with better understanding. The best nail technicians are the ones who never stop learning.

But before you chase the latest trend, you need solid foundations.

Without strong basics, it doesn't matter how many nail art techniques you know or how many new products you buy. If your nails lift, break or don't last, clients won't come back.

One of the biggest mistakes new nail technicians make is believing they need complicated nail art to attract clients.

You don't.

Clients remember beautiful nails that last.

Some of my clients receive compliments on their nails three, four or even five weeks after their appointment - often the day before their infill. They aren't being complimented because the design is complicated. They're being complimented because the nails still look elegant, balanced and professionally structured as they grow out.

That's what people notice.

That's what keeps clients coming back.

These manuals are designed to give you those foundations.

They cover the basics - but not the watered-down version. They explain the details, the reasoning and the real-life skills that many training courses simply don't have time to teach.

Because once you truly understand the basics, everything else becomes easier.
